The Learning Center (TLC)

The Learning Center (TLC) is an alternative learning environment for students in grades K-8 housed at the EVSC's Culver Family Learning Center. 

Students attending TLC follow the same curriculum as a traditional school.  Most students attending TLC continue to be working towards their diploma.

TLC currently has six classrooms for students in grades K-8, including one life skills room. All classrooms are staffed with a lead teacher, behavior technician and a behavior specialist. We also have a social worker and counselor on staff to assist students and families. 

Students can exit TLC based on the following criteria:

• Safe Body: 100%
• Appropriate Communicate: 80%
• Attendance
• Passing all classes
